Russ King joined MEBC in 2008 to lead our growing professional services organization and expand our considerable expertise in JDA Software. Currently, he oversees the development and introduction of MEBC’s latest innovations in tailored, agile delivery services for Small Medium Businesses and Fortune 1000’s. He has more than 30 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain design from both corporate operations and technology perspectives. Prior to joining MEBC, Russ served in corporate management positions at Manugistics, eCPG3, Bausch & Lomb, Proctor & Gamble, Avon Products and Leggett & Meyers.

Dave Rhodes

Senior Solutions Architect – Director Thought Leadership

Mr. Rhodes is a Senior Solution Architect with over 25 years of experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, End-User Training, Project Management, and Readiness-Based Sparing. As a supply chain manager and consultant in the commercial and defense industry, he has collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to envision and implement international supply chains with supporting inventory and production planning processes to ensure continuous product availability. Dave was trained as a logistician by the Marine Corps, serving on active duty and in the reserves planning and executing operations ranging from small unit field support, forward logistics based planning in south west Asia. Based on leading business practice, he also developed the MEBC supply chain software implementation methodology that, while providing flexibility, can also dramatically drive down time-to-value for clients.

He has managed multiple technology and supply chain software implementations, serving as track lead, technical consultant, and subject matter expert. Additional experience includes conducting supply chain system audits aimed at identifying performance related issues. Mr. Graves has also defined business and system requirements, conducted software selections, conducted advanced technical training, and performed in every aspect of the system development life cycle. Additional experience includes systems design, integration design and implementation, reverse engineering and coding.

Derek Cesarz is a Senior Solution Architect with over 6 years of experience in Purchasing, Distribution, Inventory Control, Reporting, Planning, Replenishment, Forecasting and Marketing. He has significant experience in improving productivity and efficiency through enhancing inventory flow, initiating replenishment systems, and implementing detailed data analysis. Derek also has experience in optimizing performance through the evaluation of key business drivers, accuracy of planning and forecasting, and the maximization of relationship management.  This experience has manifested itself through JDA project lead and management experience, as well as JDA configuration and general consulting experience.

Kristen D’Amore- Senior Consultant

Kristen D’Amore has worked at MEBC for over six years, giving her the opportunity to hold leadership roles for some of our biggest projects including the Defense Logistics Agency, Stanley Black and Decker, AVON, and Ingram Micro. Recalling her past project with Stanley Black and Decker, Kristen says “This was a momentous project for us. We literally connected the SBD global supply chain to a single instance of JDA to provide complete visibility of their supply chain and it was an amazing experience that took me to China, Argentina and Miami, making it a true global experience which is something that I love about my work at MEBC.” Currently, as a Senior Consultant, Kristen is leading the charge on one of our newest customers in Canada and continues to be heavily involved in MEBC’s federal government practice working on projects supporting our DLA client.

John Garay- Senior Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant at MEBC, John Garay has been able to work with some of the biggest companies in the world like Black and Decker, Heinz, Jockey International, Johnson and Johnson, Avon, and Nissan. With 15 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing Supply Chain solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, John enjoys having the opportunity to work with a variety of clients to meet their goals and resolve challenges. He loves to collaborate with his team members and customers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation from start to finish.

Aly Stiles- Consultant

From the start of her career here at MEBC three years ago, Aly Stiles has been passionate about diving into projects and never passing on a learning opportunity. This has allowed her to be involved in a variety of client engagements with industry leading organizations all over the world in places like China, Germany, and Chicago. When asked about her experiences working at MEBC, her response was “I love my colleagues and the support that I get from the whole team, no matter where I am in the world and regardless of whether or not they are actually on-site with me.” Now as a Consultant with our Team, Aly continues to enjoy the challenges of the consulting world, traveling around the world, and the many opportunities that she has to grow and advance in her career here.
